On 19 July 2013, we gathered in the mountains — more precisely at the Portes d'Entrages, opening onto a rocky cirque.

5 Screamers were positioned around the cirque, roughly 200 metres apart, encircling the landscape.

Following a previously defined time scenario, the screams began, resonating between the mountains.

Each Screamer was equipped with a head-mounted camera capturing their movements and the landscape before them, as well as a microphone recording their own screams and those arriving from the others.

The installation brings together all 5 videos in the order of placement around the cirque, along with the 5 sound recordings. The whole is synchronised by software, restoring the spatial — visual and sonic — dimension of that moment.
